EXP–000 / HYPOTHESIS

Everything can be done better.

Ditador Labs is an experimentation company. We build digital products, launch our own ventures, and install the scientific method inside teams that are tired of guessing.

EXP–001 / THE DNA

Why we called it Labs

A lab is the only room where being wrong counts as progress. We took the name on purpose. Every product we touch starts as the same question what if this could be better? We do not guess the answer, and we do not defend it. We build the smallest honest version, put it in front of reality, and let the result decide who was right.

01

Assume nothing

Every brief arrives carrying inherited assumptions nobody has checked in years. We write them down, price them, and attack the expensive ones first.

02

Build to learn

A prototype that dies in two weeks teaches more than a roadmap that survives two years untested. We optimise for the speed of finding out.

03

Let evidence win

We change our minds in public. When the data disagrees with the plan, the plan loses — including when the plan was ours.

EXP–002 / THE METHOD

Four moves, on repeat

The same loop runs whether we are building your product, our own, or teaching your team to run it without us.

001Week 0

Hypothesis

We turn a vague ambition into a falsifiable statement. If we are right, this specific number moves. If we are wrong, we will know by Friday — not by the end of the quarter.

002Weeks 1–4

Experiment

The smallest honest build that can produce a real signal. No theatre, no throwaway demo dressed up as a product, no six-month prelude before anyone learns anything.

003Continuous

Measure

Instrumented from the first commit. We agree on what counts as proof before we start, so nobody gets to renegotiate with the data once it arrives.

004The decision

Scale or kill

Winners get engineered properly, for real load and real years. Losers get documented, buried, and referenced later. Both outcomes are worth exactly what they cost.

EXP–003 / SELECTED EXPERIMENTS

What we have put into the world

Four ventures of our own and the client work that funds them. Every one started as a question nobody had bothered to test.

0012025

Plinth

Society Operating System — Venture Lab

live

Indian housing societies run on WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets and paper registers. Plinth replaces the lot: tamper-proof voting with verifiable receipts, billing on UPI autopay, digital gate passes, compliance and helpdesk — one platform, web and native apps.

0022025

Gstly

GST billing software — Venture Lab

live

GST-compliant invoicing that small businesses and freelancers can actually afford to start using — automatic CGST/SGST breakdowns, UPI payment details, PDF export. Free to begin. One codebase shipping to web, Android, iOS and desktop.

0032026

Jawab Do

Civic accountability app — Venture Lab

live

India's civic accountability app. Photograph the broken thing, GPS pins the ward, neighbours upvote it — and when officials stay silent the complaint escalates itself up the chain to state government and press. Every ward graded monthly, every official scored in public. Built in Flutter and installable straight from the browser, no app store in the way.

0042026

Lead Goblin

Outbound engine — Venture Lab

live

An outbound engine for Indian B2B. Pulls listings from Google Maps, JustDial, Sulekha and IndiaMART, enriches and SMTP-verifies the emails, scores every lead, then runs the WhatsApp and email outreach from the same place.

0052024

Axis Studio

Brand & web — Client

live

A web presence for one of Hyderabad's established photography studios — twenty years of weddings out of Gachibowli — built so the work carries the pitch and an enquiry takes one screen instead of a phone call.

0062024

Axis Prints

Brand & web — Client

live

A working web presence for a commercial print business — the catalogue, the capabilities and the quote request in one place, in a form a walk-in customer and a procurement manager can both use.

0072024

Punarvi Organics

Brand & web — Client

live

A brand presence for a small-batch Ayurvedic skincare range sourced from the Godavari belt — built to carry the handmade, no-synthetics story that the marketplace listing flattens out.

EXP–004 / THREE PRACTICES

One method, three ways in

01

Product Engineering

Digital products built to survive contact with real users. We take the whole arc — research, interface, architecture, launch, and the unglamorous year after launch when it has to keep working.

  • Web & mobile applications
  • Platform & API architecture
  • Interface & design systems
  • Performance engineering
02

Venture Lab

Our own bets. We find a problem we cannot stop thinking about, fund a hypothesis, and give it a hard deadline to prove itself. Some become companies. Some become notes we publish.

  • In-house product ventures
  • Zero-to-one prototyping
  • Technical co-founding
  • Spin-outs & licensing
03

Experimentation Consulting

We install the method inside your team and then make ourselves unnecessary. By the end your people are running the loop, reading the data, and killing their own ideas without us in the room.

  • Experiment programme design
  • Measurement & instrumentation
  • Discovery & validation sprints
  • Team enablement

EXP–007 / FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions, answered plainly

Ditador Labs LLP is an experimentation-led product company based in India. We do three things: build digital products for clients, launch and run our own software ventures, and help other teams set up experimentation programmes so they can validate ideas with evidence instead of opinion.

We run four products of our own: Plinth (plinth.life), an operating system for Indian housing societies covering voting, billing, gate passes and compliance; Gstly (gstly.in), free GST-compliant invoicing for small businesses; Jawab Do (jawabdo.app), a civic accountability app that escalates unresolved municipal complaints until officials respond; and Lead Goblin (leadgoblin.io), an outbound engine for Indian B2B lead generation. On the client side we have built the web presences for Axis Studio, a Hyderabad photography studio; Axis Prints, a commercial print business; and Punarvi Organics.

Plinth is a multi-tenant governance platform for housing societies, RWAs and apartment associations. It replaces the usual mix of WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets and paper registers with tamper-proof digital voting, automated billing over UPI autopay, QR gate passes, notices, helpdesk and compliance records in one place. It runs on the web and as native Android and iOS apps.

Gstly is online GST billing software for Indian small businesses, freelancers and traders. It generates GST-compliant invoices with automatic CGST and SGST breakdowns, supports inclusive and exclusive tax, adds UPI and bank payment details, and exports print-ready PDFs. It is free to start using.

Every engagement starts by turning the ambition into a falsifiable hypothesis — a specific number that should move if we are right. We then build the smallest honest version that can produce a real signal, instrument it from the first commit, and decide on the evidence whether to scale it or stop. Typical first experiments run four to six weeks.

Because a lab is the only room where being wrong counts as progress. The name is a commitment to method: we treat every product decision as a hypothesis to be tested rather than an opinion to be defended, and we publish the experiments that failed alongside the ones that worked.

Ditador Labs LLP operates from India and works with clients remotely. The fastest way to reach us is email at hello@ditadorlabs.com — bring the assumption your team is tired of arguing about and we will help design the experiment that settles it.
